"I had a very pleasant experience with one of the associates at this insurance agency. Emily was very helpful changing my policies. For the last 40 years, I had been using Amica to cover my property and vehicles. I shared my policies with her and asked for a quote. Emily worked very hard to bring down the cost and I found out I was paying almost twice as much on my homeowners policy as Amica. When I called my old insurance company and explained that I felt I was being overcharged and had no claims they were reluctant to check with the underwriters as to the cost of my policy. I have never used an insurance agent and always went directly to the insurer. In this particular case even with dividends they could not match the price. Insurance does not have to be complicated and Emily walked me through the process very quickly, and I am now saving a lot of money on a monthly basis. Over the years of amica had been very helpful even though I never had a homeowners claim, but I cannot justify staying with a company that charges that much for insurance and is the only reason I am changing it. Having a personal insurance agent seems to be advantageous for my position and Emily fits the bill. Thank you so much for your hard work and quick response."

"These guys seemed good when we first switched from Allstate. Then we got a notice from DMV that our teen son’s car was not covered for months even though it was clearly on the policy paperwork from State Farm. They told us it was their mistake BUT we owed $700 in back payments because they also forgot to charge us. That had to be paid over the phone immediately to get our son’s car legal to drive. I can’t imagine what would’ve happened if he was in an accident during this time. The State Farm said it “probably would’ve be fine”. Yeah, right. We still haven’t seen a bill reflecting this charge in writing and today were told we owe an additional $300 because a beacon wasn’t set up on the car. Again, there’s nothing in writing reflecting these charges even though we have called and asked. I also asked to speak with Tage and was ghosted- apparently he’s “been in meetings for the past two days”. I’ll be filing complaints with corporate and the state and looking elsewhere for my insurance."
